A broken family! Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin confessed the heartbreaking truth about his relationship with his former stepson, Isaac as rumors continue to swirl that Kailyn Lowry is expecting her third child.
"That's my mans no matter what," the reality star wrote on Twitter. "It's harder now, but I'll always love him. Shoot, he's tattooed on me."
Javi split with Isaac's mother, Kailyn, back in May of 2016 and since then, the 7-year-old hasn't been taking the divorce very well.
Back in August 2016, Javi revealed in an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com that Isaac is having “the hardest time with it all.”

“Lincoln, he’s still a little young so he doesn’t understand it. Isaac, it breaks my heart everyday, he cries for me every time I see him, he cries that he wants to go with me, he wants to go to my house,” he said.
Almost a year following their divorce announcement, it is rumored that Kail is expecting her third child. When reached by RadarOnline.com, she denied the pregnancy rumors.
