Kate Middleton has won a major fashion showdown against her sister-in-law Meghan Markle, as she was recently crowned this year's top royal style influencer.

The Duchess of Cambridge's had the biggest style impact according to eBay's annual UK retail report over the Royal newcomer and for good reason.

Her maternity style while she was pregnant with Prince Louis generated a ton of searches on eBay... more than any other Royal member of the family. She gave birth to him back in April.

Searches for tailored maternity coats more than tripled in November 2017 while she was expecting her third child. She recycled many of the ones she wore while she was pregnant.

Meghan came in a close second. Her fashion influencer power peaked at her wedding to Prince Harry in May. The Givenchy dress she wore during the ceremony led to a more than 60 percent increase in searches for the designer on eBay.
