Could royal baby No. 3 already be on the way? Kate Middleton continued to fuel pregnancy rumors when she was photographed hiding her stomach with her clutch during an appearance at a rehab center on September 25 in Woking, England.

The Duchess of Cambridge stunned – as always! – during the visit, as she looked prim and proper in a chic two-piece outfit that featured a grey long-sleeve top and pencil skirt.

She completed the look with matching grey pumps and a clutch.

Although her new bangs were on full display during the appearance, there was something else that caught everyone’s eye: her stomach! Her Royal Highness covered her belly with her clutch the entire time.

"Kate’s third baby is apparently due in late April or early May, so she’ll likely be showing by the New Year,” a source explained.

During the visit, the mother of two spoke with members of the rehab facility to learn about their struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. "I was reminded today how addictions lie at the heart of so many social issues and how substance misuse can play such a destructive role in vulnerable people's lives,” Princess Kate said following the visit. “I saw again today that a failure to intervene early in life to tackle mental health problems and other challenges can have profound consequences for people throughout their lives.”
