He arrest stemmed from a warrant from January 2015 after Thomas and Kathryn's former nanny named Dawn accused him of sexual assault, according to an affidavit obtained by US Weekly exclusively.
The bad news kept coming for Thomas, as his lawyer, Richard Terbrusch, was killed in a plane accident in October. He represented him when he was accused of sexual assault earlier this year.
