The 38-year-old actress was spotted shopping with a friend and grabbing a healthy juice drink. She looked chic in a double denim look, pairing a denim shirt with blue jeans during the fun outing.
Surprisingly, Katie and Jamie have reportedly been dating for several years, but have been able to stay well under the radar, rarely even being photographed together!
And a source recently told OK! that it takes a lot of effort for them to keep their relationship under wraps.
