The hot couple was in town to celebrate Orlando’s birthday, which came as a total surprise to the 40-year-old actor.
“They were partying all night long. They were all over each other on the dance floor making out,” said the source to exclusively.
And of course, Katy made the special occasion over-the-top! “She arrived in a huge tour bus with an entourage,” the source noted.

Katy and Orly have been together for almost a year, and despite rumors of a break up in late 2016, the pair has been inseparable since the holidays. Orlando spent Thanksgiving with Katy’s family, and the pair enjoyed New Year’s together in Tokyo.
