The Teenage Dream singer took pictures with excited fans who waited outside the studio to catch a glimpse of the dark-haired beauty. Speaking of Katy's locks, it looks like the pop singer has had some fun with color — adding blue and purple streaks to her curls! Katy is definitely about experimentation!
