She kept her outfit simple in some leg-baring cut off shorts. And she showed her bestie Beyoncé a little love up top by rocking a black and white BeyGood T-shirt -- a charity tee Beyonce has been selling to support the children of Haiti!
Rowland flashed her glowing smile while carrying a balloon during her day out.

And she even took a moment to feed her and her hubby Tim Witherspoon's little one Titan as he rolled along with mommy in his stroller.
