Kelly Rutherford Ordered By New York Court To Return Kids To Monaco To Be With Their Father!

Kelly Rutherford is living everyone parent’s worst nightmare. She was ordered on Tuesday, August 11th to return her son and daughter to Monaco where their father lives.

Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, were whisked off to the airport with their paternal grandmother after the decision was made at the Manhattan Supreme Court court.

The Gossip Girl actress, 46, split from her German businessman husband Daniel Giersch in 2008, after they married in August 2006.

The custody battle over their children has turned extremely ugly over the past few years. Kelly is fighting to keep them in the United States with her, while Daniel is arguing to keep them in Monaco.

Her ex even labeled her actions as “child abduction” when a Monaco court ordered that the two kids be brought back to the European country to live with their father.
