The 19-year-old model was in a geek-chic outfit: high-waisted white jeans, a mustard-yellow turtleneck, and round eyeglasses.
Lewis rocked a laid back look in jeans, a plaid shirt, with a hat and round sunglasses.
The Formula One champ, 30, just flew into town from the GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London.
