No trial yet! After the scandalous controversy Kendall and Kylie Jenner faced with their fashion brand, they released an official statement responding to the lawsuit filed against them. Because of their superimposed faces on famous legends, it caused many people to act upon their action.
Besides family complaints from B.I.G.’s mother and Sharon Osbourne, one photographer actually filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the sisters. Michael Miller claims that the sisters used Tupac Shakur’s image without the commercial photographer’s permission.
In response, Kylie and Kendall’s label explained that they had obtained those images from a company who is licensed to sell them on a valid basis.
They stated, “The allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless. There has been no infringement or violation of anyone’s rights.”

The label also explains that they only sold two vintage shirts, selling at $125 each, but quickly pulled the clothes after all the complaints.
Both Kendall and Kylie have posted on their accounts apologizing for the t-shirts.
