After losing weight during a four-week stint on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, it seems the mother-of-two has managed to keep the weight off through diet and exercise!
She told OKMagazine.com exclusively, “I’ve lost so much weight, which is awesome! I don’t want to gain it back, so I have to start training my brain to want things like a grilled chicken salad instead of the junk food I was missing in the jungle.”
In addition to focusing on herself, Kendra has also been spending more time with Hank and their kids, after cheating allegations threatened to tear their family apart last year.
