Kenya Moore was in for quite the surprise over the weekend as she joined the rest of the world in celebrating Beyoncé’s return with her new single “Formation!” The track and its accompanying video immediately went viral when Bey dropped them on Saturday. But while listening to the song's lyrics, it became clear that Bey may be a bit of a The Real Housewives of Atlanta fan, with the singer seemingly paying homage to one of Moore’s trademark lines on the show!
Following her legendary “Gone with the Wind fabulous” moment on RHOA — which Bey referenced following her Super Bowl 2013 halftime show performance — Moore has been closely associated with the word “twirl” on the series.
Her Season 8 tagline warns her haters, “Don’t come for me unless I twirl for you!” And her castmates have been known to call her “Twirl” from time to time.
So when Beyoncé let the world know in “Formation” that “I twirl on my haters,” RHOA fans immediately filled Moore’s Instagram and Twitter with comments on her apparent shoutout!

Andy Cohen even alerted Moore to the major moment. And the RHOA star made sure to let her followers know how excited she was about the nod from the singer, taking to her Instagram to give Queen Bey her blessing!
Moore has had a pretty rocky past couple of weeks after seemingly reigniting her feud with NeNe Leakes over a ‘backstabber’ comment she made about the RHOA vet and her friendship with Cynthia Bailey.
But the release of "Formation" likely helped lighten her mood as she continues to deal with her latest round of RHOA drama! What do you think about Bey’s new song and video? Tweet us @OKMagazine or let us know in the comments section below.
