Khloe Kardashian has always been candid about her post-baby weight loss journey and the challenges she faced getting back into her fitness routine. But apparently her critics still have had something to say about her shape—so she recently clapped back about it. Read on for the latest.
Just last week, Khloe admitted that she wasn’t quite where she wanted to be as far as her post-baby weight loss—but she also shared that she lost a whopping 30 pounds since having baby True 3 months ago and was feeling really good about that.
Still, she’s felt pressure from people to look a certain way and she took to Twitter on Tuesday night for an epic series of clapbacks.
She wrote, “Completely over mommy/body shamers! Women who choose to take their time losing weight after a baby, I’m so proud of you! Women who choose to work out after a baby, I’m so proud of you! We all must do what’s best for US!”

The 34-year-old tried to encourage new moms who are in the same boat as her by adding, “Please be kind to yourself! A happy mommy makes for a happy baby! Love your process.”
But she wasn’t done. She wrote a second tweet that really brought her point home: “We are so hard on ourselves. Please be patient and gentle with your journey. Don’t compare yours to anyone else’s. You are right where you need to be! You are amazing! You are worthy!”
