Khloe Kardashian oozes sex appeal as she departs from the family studio
Khloe Kardashian has made huge strides in recent years after lamenting about being called the “fat” Kardashian sister growing up. After her split from Lamar Odom back in 2012, she used the gym as her stress reliever, and has attained what she has called her “revenge body.” Now, Dr. Goglia, who is the nutritionist for dozens of Hollywood’s celebrities, including Khloe, spoke with OK! exclusively about just how she was able to attain that bod.
The founder of G-Plans, the 1st online nutrition platform based on a user’s metabolic body type, told OK! That he was the one to encourage to cut dairy from her diet, helping her to lose around 30 pounds.
“While many people consider dairy to be a protein, the body will utilize it first as lactose, or milk sugar,” Dr. Goglia said.
“Therefore, people who believe that they can get sufficient protein in their daily diet from eating dairy products are misinformed. Instead, dairy as a food is phlegm and mucus producing – disruptive to digestion causing in most people bloating and gas…”
So instead, Dr. Goglia gave Khloe a number of key tips to get in the best shape of her life. Among them was do not skip meals, don't eat cured meats, consume the correct amount water, don't eat starch at dinner, stay away from yeast, mold, gluten, and dairy, and don't overexercise.
And the best thing is that one does not have to be as rich as her to eat like her.
Dr. Goglia encouraged those in awe of Khloe’s figure to incorporate snacks such as almonds, fresh fruit and vegetables, cold pressed beet and green vegetable juice shots, and Noka squeezable fruit packets into their regime.
