Is Khloe Kardashian going under the knife? The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was seen at a late-night consultation with Botched’s Dr. Paul S. Nassif in San Diego and it looks like she's interested in a boob job!

KoKo was seen hoisting up her breasts during the meeting at Pathway Genomics, fueling speculation she may be going through with the plastic surgery she revealed she’s always wanted.

In her interview with Complex, Khloe said she is considering undergoing breast augmentation. “I always wanted a boob job and I wear a padded bra all the time,” she said.

Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble and the KUWTK film crew were also there, but we’re not sure if it was only for moral support.

Earlier in the evening, Khloe, Kim, Kris and Corey celebrated Kris' mother Mary Jo's birthday at George’s at The Cove in San Diego.

Khloe has been called out for having plastic surgery in the past. Though the reality star has never confirmed nor denied rumors about her face, she has denied getting liposuction.

While Kim has also denied rumors of plastic surgery, Kris has fully admitted she’s one under the knife. “Botox, fillers, lasers, things like that. I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids because gravity took over,” she once said.

The family could also be meeting with Dr. Nassif on behalf of Kylie Jenner, after a source told OK! that the family is worried the 18-year-old has gone overboard with plumping her lips—though Khloe’s are not far behind!
