Khloé Kardashian shared some cryptic posts on Instagram about mental health and being in relationships with people who "help you, not hurt you" amid relationship trouble with Tristan Thompson. Read on to see what she shared.

"Free yourself from negative people," Khloé's first post read. "Spend time with nice people who are smart, driven, and likeminded. Relationships should help you, not hurt you. Surround yourself with people who reflect the person you want to be."

She shared another quote that said: "Spend time with people who are good for your mental health." Could the Kardashian sister be referring to her baby daddy? Tristan was caught cheating on Khloé while she was pregnant with their daughter True. He's since been spotted with several mystery women.
