Khloe Kardashian is looking stunning these days, and she is constantly spotted in the gym. So it may be quite a shock to learn that she doesn’t diet!
So how did she drop the weight when we all know you have to both diet and exercise? By changing her lifestyle, she explained. “I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it” Khloe recently explained during a radio interview on Nova 96.9.
"I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."
Guess KoKo has learned quite a few things over the years, considering she and her sisters once promoted their own diet pills, QuickTrim.
But instead of resorting to dieting these days, Khloe has made simple changes, including cutting out sugary drinks. “I used to love soda,” she revealed. “So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day.”
But we’re sure all the time Khloe has been putting in the gym has also helped her new figure significantly. And she definitely goes hard.
