Is anyone really Keeping Up With The Kardashians these days? As KUWTK ratings continue to plummet, reports that Kim Kardashian cooked up a new baby storyline in a last-ditch attempt to boost ratings.
“Kim’s new baby storyline was developed by Kim, Kris and show producers very recently as a way to save the show,” a Kardashian family insider claimed. And, according to the source – all of it was added into Monday night’s episode last minute!
In the episode, Kim dropped a bombshell when she told her family she was trying to have one more baby, but would need to have surgery on her uterus to try and conceive again. Kim later found out in the episode that she could not carry another child. However, the mom-of-two told her sisters she was looking into other options – like surrogacy – to have one more baby.

As Radar previously reported, Kim’s momager, Kris Jenner, is having a complete meltdown over the fact that season 13 of KUWTK is the lowest-rated season ever, and is doing whatever it takes to get fans to tune in.
“Kris offered Kim and Kanye several million dollars a week if they can get the ratings up,” the source told Radar. “She knows that Kim is the last hope of saving them from cancellation.”
