In the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian finally confronts Tristan Thompson in Khloé's delivery room after finding out the NBA player cheated on her sister just days before she was supposed to give birth to baby True. Surprisingly, when the reality TV star arrives at the hospital things are less tense than she expected. So, she decides to keep it "cute." Read on for more details.
At first, Kim and Tristan don't acknowledge each other in the delivery room — awkward! Instead, the KKW Beauty founder asks to use the bathroom.
When she comes out of the restroom, Kim takes her finger and drags it across her neck threateningly behind Tristan's back. She's laughing and repeats the motion so Khloé, who's lying in the hospital bed about to give birth, can see.
Khloé finally asks if they're going to say "hi" to one another, breaking the awkward tension.

Kim and Tristan hug and the basketball pro says to his baby mama, "Kim was in the bathroom. I don't play."
"The vibe in the room is calm," Kim said, surprised. "I thought there would be way more tension. As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So, I'm gonna keep it cute. I don't have to have a lot of interaction with Tristan, I just have to be there for Khloé."
Then Kylie distracted everyone by face-timing Khloé as she prepares to give birth. "It's so fun!" Kylie said excitedly. "It is fun. I like your attitude," Kourtney, mother-of-three, said.
