Perhaps the shiny piece of jewelry was a dedication to her husband Kanye West? She recently gave him a ton of props on Instagram by saying "Still sweeps me off my feet" next to a photo of the famed rapper carrying her out of their car in Miami.
Kim spent the better part of her weekend doing things much more G-rated, like wishing her ex-assistant Stephanie Shepherd a happy birthday and posting an adorable "triplets" shot of Chicago, True and Stormi.
