Kim Kardashian has a ton of assistants already, but she may want to hire yet another, after she was spotted out and about with a major wardrobe malfunction this week!

The expecting mom was heading into a chiropractor’s office with a female companion for a little treatment, and put her growing baby bump on display in form fitting black dress and full-length sheer trench.

But evidently Kim’s sheer maxi dress couldn't cover her growing chest!

She may want to consider a better bra next time, as her breasts were clearly visible as she waited for an elevator to get to her doctor’s office.

Both the reality star and her companion seemed oblivious to her wardrobe malfunction as they stood and chatted.

We doubt Kim will concern herself over the malfunction, as she often has no problem baring more than fans should see of her.

Just weeks before heading to St. Barts for her family’s annual vacation, for example, Kim posed naked on Instagram, in an effort to silence rumors about her using a surrogate for her second pregnancy.
