Last week, Kim and Kanye looked pretty unhappy as they left a medical building together while in Beverly Hills. According to reports, Kim hasn’t had the easiest time conceiving the second time around. She’s even been trying acupuncture and is taking Chinese herbs, but if that doesn’t work, she is willing to try IVF. As IVF twins are relatively common, Kim may not be welcoming just one child soon-but two!

This isn’t the first time the reality star has thought about resorting to IVF either. Recently, the curvy beauty admitted that doctors told her she would likely never get pregnant. “Three different doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen,” Kim shared. “I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North.”

Kim and Kanye have been trying for another, but since they’ve also have been spending a lot of time apart due to work, everything hasn’t gone as smoothly as planned. And a source tells OKMagazine.com exclusively, “The stress of trying to get pregnant was putting a huge strain on their marriage.”

"Even with IVF underway, there were times Kanye dared to ask Kim if having another baby was a good idea. He didn’t think it would happen during the first round of treatment.”

But while Kanye may sound discouraged, Kim shouldn’t be concerned- he definitely wants another child, and he’s hoping it’s a boy! According to the source, “He feels outnumbered in the female-heavy Kardashian clan. When he’s stuck listening to Khloé, Kylie or even Kris drone on about their relationship dramas, he wishes there was more testosterone around.”

And Kanye isn’t the only person excited about growing their family! Kris Jenner can barely contain her excitement about the big news. “The whole family is over the moon for them, but Kris feels as though she’s won the lottery,” says the source. And why is that? Because she plans to make the announcement on television, of course!
