Kim Kardashian looks like she’s ready to pop, and we aren’t just talking about her baby bump! She stepped out for a shopping spree in a painfully tight choker, and we’re not sure how she was able to keep it on all afternoon!

The reality star is known for making sacrifices for fashion, but when is enough enough?

Still, the beauty looked great in her signature pregnancy style, wearing a black dress and overcoat, along with black heels.

But we may be seeing her in flats more often as she nears her due date, which is expected to be Christmas Day. Kim revealed to Vogue's Andre Leon Talley in an interview on her website that her feet have started to swell and heels may become a thing of the past.

She wrote, "A friend of mine emailed me and said, 'Have you given up?' and I said, 'Why, what do you mean?' and he said, 'You're wearing flip flops. I saw a photo of you in flip flops,' and I said, 'Yes, I've given up at this point.'"

However, while grabbing lunch in Los Angeles with her BFF Jonathan Cheban, she was still wearing her strappy black heels!
