The reality TV star just dropped this steamy pic of herself with a naked man on her Instagram page.
In it, she’s propped up on her hands and knees on a couch wearing nothing but a skin-tight powder blue leotard and see-through boots.
And kneeling right beside her is a very handsome, completely nude stranger holding up a mirror in front of her.

But even though the photo was majorly seductive, it turned out that it was actually a promo pic for her new KKW collection.
