In Touch reported that the 35-year-old has been visiting Epione Beverly Hills daily for liposuction, despite telling the world she’s lost 42 pounds naturally since giving birth to Saint.

“Kim’s become obsessed with a new liposuction treatment,” a source told the magazine. “She says it’s all part of her quest to be in the best shape of her life.”

However, Kardashian has not told Kanye about her surgeries because the 38-year-old’s mother Donda West died in 2007 after going under the knife for a liposuction and abreast reduction.

“She’s getting everything done behind Kanye’s back,” the insider said. “Kanye’s already flipped out at Kim in the past for getting treatments. He’ll be furious if he finds out.”

But Kim doesn’t care because she’s “obsessed with being skinny and getting a 22-inch waist,” the source said.
