Kim Kardashian is a pro at pregnancy this second time around and she’s not going to make the same mistakes, including the risk of ruining herself during and after!
According to a report, although Kim’s son has yet to arrive, she’s already planning her post-pregnancy procedures.
“She has met with a plastic surgeon to schedule a number of procedures after she gives birth in December,” a source told Life & Style.
The report said she is planning on getting a secret breast lift, liposuction, silicone butt implants and having any excess skin from her pregnancy weight removed and lasered.

All of this, of course, won’t come cheap and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is planning on shelling out over $100,000 for the surgeries.

Her husband Kanye West has been a firm disbeliever in plastic surgery since he tragically lost his mother in 2007 during a tummy tuck, but the report said that’s not stopping Kim.
Kardashian plans to do it while Kanye is away because “she’s hell-bent on getting back the sexy.”
