A source told OK! exclusively, “He’s wanted to buy an island for years and he’s been researching it for months.” And the reason he’s so adamant about it now is because he understands the hardships Kim went through to have Saint.
While Kim complained throughout the pregnancy, the biggest hardship was towards the end, when she had to undergo a painful procedure called an external cephalic version to manually turn her baby from a breech position to a head-down position!
The insider said, “The arrival of Kanye’s son is like the second coming of Christ in Kanye’s mind. He is totally excited he doesn’t know what to do, but he’s also so grateful to Kim for going through the worst kind of hell.”

Kim recently expressed her hope that Yeezy would give her a $1 million diamond choker as a push present, writing on her blog, “We women go through an entire pregnancy carrying a baby…of course it only makes sense that we get something amazing to show how amazing we are!” But we have a feeling that a private island will be just fine, especially considering the price tag will be even higher than $1 million.
