PHOTOSKim Richards Skips Her Court Appearance And Does Not Accept A Plea Deal For Public Intoxication Arrest
Kim Richards is not accepting a plea deal in regards to her public intoxication arrest in April. In fact, she didn’t even show up to the court appearance.
According to People, Kim was supposed to appear on Monday but skipped the date because of an alleged foot injury.
Ricardo Santiago of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said, "She didn't attend because she had some sort of injury to her foot, and therefore couldn't appear.” He continued, "The judge accepted the explanation and allowed her attorney to appear on her behalf."
"There were conversations about a negotiated settlement being offered by our office, but the offer was rejected by the defense," Ricardo said.

The deal that was offered included 36 months probation, 30 days of community labor, and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes. Ricardo said Kim’s attorney rejected the deal because “"they wanted community service instead of community labor.”
