Kim Zolciak Biermann has talked openly about plastic surgery and her desire to go back under the knife in the future. However, it appears that she’s not the only one in her family who indulges in a little artificial beauty! Her husband Kroy recently went a Beverly Hills clinic to get a Botox injection and Kim was there to support him every step of the way.
In a video posted to her Snapchat, the Don’t Be Tardy star filmed Kroy in the Botox chair and receiving his injection. “Bye Bye TMJ,” she wrote.
The former NFL star suffers for temporomandibular joint disorder, which is a condition that causes severe pain in the jaw. So, it turns out his Botox shot was for a more practical reason than vanity.
Kim looked on supportively and their loving relationship seemed stronger than ever! That's why the news the 40-year-old revealed on her podcast last week was especially shocking.

She revealed that eight years ago, he dumped her in an attempt to avoid the media scrutiny their relationship was receiving.
“Let’s jump into the fact that you clearly realized very quickly you made a very big mistake,” she chided him on the show.
Seven years of marriage and four children (in addition to Kim’s daughters that Kroy adopted) later, it's clear Kim wasn’t wrong!
