Are Kim Zolciak Biermann’s lips getting bigger? Some fans think so. The Don’t Be Tardy star uploaded some selfies to Instagram and many users were quick to comment on a huge change.
In the slideshow, the mom of six had the camera poised and zoomed in on her face. Her trademark blonde hair was long and wavy, but most noticeably her lips were pumped and lined with a pale pink lipstick.
“The levels of insecurity that you hold inside are sad,” one person commented. “I feel sorry for you.”
“Please stop the lip fillers,” someone else typed simply.

Another person wrote, “Too much lip injections, it looks horrible.”
“Omg Kim you really need to stop with the lip enhancement,” someone told her. “You’re beautiful without them.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is no stranger to Instagram trolls. Just last week, she clapped back at commenters who attempted to slam for her for putting her 6-year-old son Kash in a car seat. “Ya’ll know I don’t play when it comes to my babies,” she told Us Weekly.
