The 36-year-old shared a picture of herself in a full-length mirror, with the caption, “Werking...” But all anyone could focus on was her super tiny waist. Kim showed off her figure in tight blue denim jeans and a blue shirt that revealed some of her toned stomach.
And her secret? In addition to cleanses, which she posts on her account, Kim has been wearing a waist trainer, which seems to be the new celeb trend. It promises to tighten one’s waist with consistent use, and everyone from Kim Kardashian to Porsha Williams has been sporting them on Instagram over the past few months.

Three weeks ago, Kim shared a picture for herself with a super tiny waist and black waist trainer.
“Soooo you guys finally talked me into trying a waist trainer! I can't believe how tiny it makes my waist I'm obsessed with @nowaistclique waist trainer and it doesn't show through my clothes!” she wrote as a caption. It looks like we’ll have to order our own waist trainers soon!
