The 36-year-old mother was seen taking Reign, 1, and Penelope, 3, to a playdate in Los Angeles on Feb. 18 while Scott, 32, remains in New York City continuing his fall off the wagon.

A source told E! News that Disick has spent his time in NYC “drinking again” and “partying hard” despite completing another rehab stint just a few months back.
“He's a mess again," a source said. “He's been a trainwreck...After a few months of being on his best behavior, he cracked."
