Single Lady! Kourtney Kardashian Has Lost Over 20 Pounds While Dealing With Breakup From Scott Disick, Experts Say

Kourtney Kardashian has had a crazy start to July as she deals with her breakup with Scott Disick. But the mother of three and reality TV star hasn’t let her relationship drama keep her from staying fit, with experts revealing she appears to have lost over 20 pounds over the past few months.

Speaking to RadarOnline.com, Hollywood trainer and nutrition specialist Aaron Guy, CPT, PES, FNS and CES, said The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appears to have dropped some serious weight. "In my professional opinion Kourtney looks like she has shed about 15-20 pounds of body fat, toned up incredibly and looks awesome!" he said.

Guy, who hasn’t worked with Kardashian, added that her recent breakup may have played a huge role in her body transformation.

"I would say that her recent breakup with Scott could have been motivation to start doing some serious cardio consisting of High Intensity Interval Training alongside resistance exercises to add toned muscle and boost her metabolism,” Guy said.

Guy said that Kardashian’s weight loss secret may include a few simple details. "Cutting sugar and simple carbs from her diet more than likely boosted her weight loss as well. People tend to respond well to healthy carb modifications to their diets quite quickly," Guy said.

And when viewing a recent image of Kardashian, Dr. Anthony Youn, who is a plastic surgeon, estimated that the TV star may have actually lost “closer to 30 pounds.”
