According to Life & Style, “Kourtney is feeling insecure” about how she looks for her much younger man, Justin Bieber, 22.
“She’s been working super hard on her body and she looks amazing but she feels like she could look much younger,” the source said. “She wants to go under the knife.”

The 37-year-old mother of three “thinks her weight loss has caused some sagging skin around her neck and jawline. She also thinks she looks tired." revealed the insider.
“She’s not quite ready for a face-lift yet, but she’s considering a neck lift and a fore-head life, which will make her look 10 years younger," the source noted. "She wants to hold on to Justin."
