Monster Momager! Kris Jenner Fires 4th Assistant, Makes Staff Cry And Has Some Crazy Diva Demands: Report

Working for the most powerful momager in the biz may not be all it’s cracked up to be, according to former staffers of Kris Jenner who claim she is a monster momager!

A source told In Touch that the 59-year-old frequently “terrorizes” her staff with extreme scare tactics and, of course, has outrageous diva demands. But worst of all, she is not afraid to fire her assistants!

“She’s on her fourth assistant this year alone,” a source told the mag. “She has this complex where she has to know that she’s in control and and can intimidate people. But this guy she hired wasn’t scared of her so she fired him.”

According to the report, for staffers that do make it past her wrath, it’s a nightmare of a job, with requirements to be ready to work around the clock without benefits or vacation time. “Working for Kris takes over their lives,” the source said.

So what are some of these demands? Like something reminiscent from The Devil Wears Prada, Jenner asks that one employee cut out mentions of her family from magazines to be placed in a scrapbook. She also requires assistants to pick up her groceries which are labeled in her fridge, fill her Rolls-Royce with gas and hide a dark secret!
