And Kris was all smiles as she joined him. It was reported by RadarOnline just days ago that Kourt does not want Scott to have custody of their little ones, but that he was not backing down without a fight, and that is very apparent!

A source told the site he verbally attacked his ex and told her “that there was no way in hell that he would allow” her to take the kids from him.
Kourtney reportedly feels he is too interested in the nightlife to be a full-time dad. But he claims to not be the only hard partier, and told Kourt “she was a drunk too, and the only difference between them is that she hides it well,” added the insider.
