Kristin Cavallari recounted a painful moment in her life when her brother Michael died in the latest episode of Very Cavallari. She opened up about Michael's tragic passing on the show and how she wished she could "hug him one more time."
The 32-year-old detailed her struggles she encountered after the death in a clip for the episode, airing on Sunday, March 24.
The Uncommon James founder confessed that Michael "had a very, very sweet soul," but suffered with mental health issues.
Kristin explained on the show, "We got a phone call the Friday after Thanksgiving that his car was found. So, he ended up crashing his car. He got out and he got lost, essentially. And he ended up dying of hypothermia." He was found dead on December 10, 2015.
Michael passed way just a few days after she welcomed her daughter Saylor James Cutler. Kristin added that she wishes that she could "just hug him one more time and just say goodbye."
"As soon as you think you're okay…like I really was like, 'I'm actually okay!' I'm like, 'I've totally accepted it.' I'm like, 'I'm fine!' then it just comes out of nowhere and just f**ked you up," the Laguna Beach star added.
