Kristin Cavallari Admits Filming 'The Hills' Reboot Has 'Been Hard' For Audrina Patridge

The Hills reboot series premieres on MTV later this year, but the show's old star Kristin Cavallari is happy not be involved in the project. She won't be appearing in the reboot, but many of the original stars like Audrina Patridge and more will be. Kristin revealed that her old BFF is struggling with filming The Hills: New Beginnings and if she'll be watching the show.

The Uncommon James designer opened up to Us Weekly about the show and how Audrina vented to her about shooting.

“I’m excited to see it, like everybody else. I would love to do some sort of cameo or something. I can’t, because of my E! show Very Cavallari," the 32-year-old said.

“I talked to Audrina and she said it’s been hard for her. So, yeah, I’m kind of happy that I kind of don’t have to go back to that whole lifestyle," the Laguna Beach star explained.

Kristin and old fan favorite Lauren Conrad won't be joining the show, but old cast members like Brody Jenner, Heidi Montag, Spencer and Stephanie Pratt, Justin Brescia and Jason Wahler will be returning.
