Even though Kristen, 32, and Jay recently confessed their marriage has its issues, the couple seems to be as happy as ever.
"Happy birthday to my fine wine ❤️," the Very Cavallari star wrote on Monday, April 29 via Instagram.
As fans know, The Hills alum and former NFL player first started dating in August 2010 and by April 2011 they were engaged.

They announced the pregnancy of their first child, Camden, 6, in 2012 and got married in June 2013.
Not long after they tied the knot, they welcomed their second child, Jaxon, 4, in May 2014. Then in November 2015, the Uncommon James founder gave birth to their little girl, Saylor, 3.
