Late December last year, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards' home was robbed of more than $1 million in jewelry. Now, the reality TV star told In Touch she's done flaunting her wealth. Click through for more details!
Kyle told In Touch she's weary about how much of her life (and money) she exposes on the show she's starred in for eight years. "The show puts a lot of focus on our cars, our clothing, our jewelry," she said. "Now I'm thinking, 'I don't know if I want to show all of it!'"
"My husband Mauricio Umansky and I were just so sad," she told the magazine of the robbery. "Our first concern was the kids, but they're doing really well, actually. I think they handled it better than I did!"
Her youngest daughter Portia, however, lost something really valuable in the burglary, which took place while the family was on vacation in Aspen for the holidays.

"Portia did come to me crying about a ring she had that was from my mom," Kyle said. "I told her we'd try to replace it and she said, 'But it won't have her in it.' I lost it."
And that wasn't the only sentimental item the robbers got away with! "Portia's baby bracelets from the hospital, and a locket with my dad's photo in it," Kyle said was among the stolen jewelry. "Things my mother gave me that I cherished. It's endless."
But aside from the material items being taken from her, Kyle said "the worst thing" was having her "sense of security" stolen. "It was just a terrible, horrible situation," she said.
