Kylie Jenner may have confessed to getting temporary lip fillers earlier this year, but that doesn’t mean everyone is a fan of them! This week, Kim Kardashian posted a fun selfie on Instagram alongside Kylie and a smiling Kanye (!), but all people could focus on was the 18-year-old’s plumper!

"Stop Kylie…You’re only 18! Why do you want to look like an old hag? You were a beautiful young lady," one concerned commenter said.

While celebrating James Harden’s birthday on a boat, the Kardashian clan did what they do best—head to the photobooth for some candids. Unfortunately, though Kim’s family snapshot was adorable, most fans could not help but express their shock and disgust at how large Kylie’s lips looked.

Back in May, Kim forced her younger sister to confess she received lip injections during an episode of their reality show. “Kim made her talk about her fillers in front of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians cameras,” a friend of the family told Life & Style. When it came time to edit the footage, Kim reportedly “refused to cut their chat from the show.”

During an episode, the then 17-year-old confessed, “I have temporary lip fillers. It’s just an insecurity of mine, it’s what I wanted to do.”
