Kylie Jenner is out! The new mother's lawyer has got her out of a messy lawsuit between her brother, Rob Kardashian, and his ex-fiancee/baby mama, Blac Chyna RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Blac Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, told the site, “We have maintained from the beginning that Kylie Jenner’s case against my client Blac Chyna was meritless."
Adding, "We are pleased that after six months of litigation we were able to force Ms. Jenner to dismiss her case.”
Back in December 2016, Blac Chyna went on a rampage which resulted in Rob sueing her. He alleged that she tried to choke him with an iPhone charging cable before striking him when he claims she was high on drugs and alcohol.

The lawsuit also alleged that Blac Chyna trashed the house that she was renting from Kylie at the time, resulting in $100,000 in damages. Kylie was included in the case by a previous lawyer even although her brother repaired the damage himself.
Kylie’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, got her removed from the case with the judge denying Blac Chyna's request for the reality star and model from sitting through a lengthy deposition.
