Kylie recently revealed to her therapist on her spin-off show, Life of Kylie, that she "didn’t feel desirable or pretty’’ after a guy she kissed as a teenager made a negative comment about her lips.
That humiliating moment ultimately lead to her deciding to enhance her lips. It's clear she hasn't gotten over the fear that her lips aren't big enough.
