Kylie Jenner recently opened up to her therapist about enhancing her lips. The 20-year-old denied accusations about having fake lips for years and now she is addressing why she did it on Sunday’s episode of Life of Kylie.

“It was like one of my first kisses and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips,’” she said adding that she “took that really hard.”

Kylie was only 15-years-old when the guy she liked said such hurtful words that would leave her wanting to “improve” herself.

“Just when a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me - I just didn’t feel desirable or pretty.”

Kylie immediately found ways to make her lips look bigger with makeup tricks. “I would overline my lips with lip liner just to create the illusion of bigger lips,” the star said.

Eventually, lip liner wasn’t cutting it and the young starlet opted to undergo cosmetic surgery for lip enhancement. "Finally I was like, 'This lip liner isn’t doing it.”’
