He's back, and probably much to Khloe Kardashian's dismay! Lamar Odom was spotted for the first time since his latest stint in rehab.

Lamar, who spent a month in rehab, came out ready to "work," as he filmed scenes in San Diego for his upcoming reality show. He and friends shopped for expensive gold watches, of course.

And while his left the facility, Lamar still has a long way to go regarding his treatment. A source told RadarOnline “he is going to have a sober coach, who will be his constant companion," adding that he will also “go to NA meetings.”

Meanwhile, his ex Khloe reportedly is not thrilled about Lamar being in front of the camera again, as she worries he will spill some of her deepest secrets.

The 32-year-old "is freaking out that he's going to spill some dirt on her and her family on camera," a source told OK! exclusively, "and she's already contacted her lawyers to see if she can stop the show from going forward."
