Leah Calvert Celebrates The Twins' Fifth Birthday, Explains Why Jeremy Was A No Show At Their Party
On December 16, Leah Calvert and Corey Simms’ twins, Ali and Aleeah, will turn five years old. Time flies! And over the weekend, Leah threw her girls a Frozen-themed ice-skating party, because obviously. But who was missing from the girls’ big day?

Both the girls’ father, Corey Simms, and their step-father, Jeremy Calvert, weren’t at the party! Despite Leah and Corey’s recent custody settlement, Corey and Miranda will be throwing the girls a separate party since they weren’t invited to Leah’s, according to RadarOnline.

As for Jeremy? Leah explained on Facebook why her husband couldn’t make it, saying he was away for work. Hey, we’ve heard her use that excuse before! Leah also clarified that she and Jeremy are “still together,” which is the second time she’s publicly denied rumors that he’s filed for divorce. Hm…
But hey, Leah didn’t let her personal issues get in the way of her daughters’ birthday. She even got out there on the ice herself for a little skate sesh!

We’re thrilled to see that Ali, who suffers from a rare form of muscular dystrophy, is able to skate with the other kids and didn’t need to succumb to her wheelchair during her party.
Despite her daddy’s absence, Leah’s youngest daughter, Addie, still got to attend her sisters’ birthday bash. The almost two-year-old was being watched much of the time by Leah’s male relatives like her stepdad and her brother.
Addie joined her sisters while they blew out their candles on—what else?—a sheet cake decorated with Frozen's Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.
Leah just recently became confirmed to rejoin her castmates on Teen Mom 2, so let’s hope that MTV cameras were around to capture this fun party. We didn’t get invited, so it’s the least they can do, you know?!
