It's official— Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert are the cutest co-parent team! The Teen Mom 2 stars both posted a very sweet message following their weekend together in New York City for the reunion taping.

"At the end of the day, we will always be a team," Leah wrote in an Instagram post with a lot of photos from the Teen Mom 2 reunion taping.

Jeremy also gushed over his ex-wife in his own Instagram post.
"Great trip to NYC, the A TEAM didnt have drama....," he wrote.

Leah and Jeremy share their one daughter, Addie, together. They wed in 2012 and then divorced in 2015.
