Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen proposed the question from a fan to “Hollywood’s reigning lip expert,” and Rinna simply nodded yes.
"That's my feeling," Rinna, 51, said. "I could be absolutely wrong, but you know I think so."
“Don’t they to you?” she asked the audience, who seemed to agree with her. "Our audience of 25 people thinks so!" Cohen replied.

“It’s not a bad thing,” Rinna added!

Most recently, Kylie set the record straight about her thoughts on plastic surgery for Cosmopolitan, saying she hasn’t gotten lip injections but she isn’t opposed to plastic surgery.
“I’m not against surgery,” she said. “I’d never say no, but I don’t desire it right now.”
Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna has certainly had her fair share of lip injections. The former Melrose Place star admitted in 2013 that she had gotten her lips plumped when she was younger before attempting to remove the injections later.
"Here's the story,” Rinna said on the Today show in 2013. “25 years ago, I had my lips injected with silicone. Stupid thing to do at 24. I saw Beaches. Remember that movie 'Beaches'? I did it with my best girlfriend, so she and I go and we get our lips done. Fine. I have it like that for my whole career, right? So then cut to a couple of years ago, I have a doctor remove as much as they possibly can because it got to the point where they were yucky. You know, they get hard. It's gross. They are now whatever that was after they took out as much of the silicone as they could."
