Lisa Vanderpump was VERY giggly during the February 4 episode of Vanderpump Rules. The Bravo star was sipping cocktails, mingling and having fun at the opening of her latest business venture, the bar Tom Tom, with partners Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. Scroll through for the video.
Lisa was in full celebration mode at the opening of the bar.
The Toms were taken back by it all. "Are you smashed?" Schwartz asked his boss and partner. "No, not at all," she insisted while laughing.
Cameras then panned to an earlier point in the night where she was overheard asking "why are they so strong" about the beverages being SURved.

When Sandoval asked if she had a good time, she shrugged her shoulders and yelled, "I did!" He then told the cameras, "Lisa being drunk right now is such a huge compliment."
